IdealShape Update-Week 2 Results

Yes, I know this is a couple days late-I apologize everyone! I'm preparing for a TaeKwonDo belt test this week, so that has taken away from my blogging time. However, I did weigh in on the right day, and while it's not quite up to my goal, I am happy to announce that I lost another 1.6 pounds this week! As I said, not quite to the 2-pound mark I was hoping to reach, but pretty close! I have to say, I am really loving the IdealShake, even more than the bars. Which is kind of odd for me; I usually prefer something I can chew on, over the whole "drink your meal" thing. However, the chocolate IdealShake is just so good, that I find myself looking forward to breakfast (or whichever meal I am replacing with the shake) quite frequently. 

This week I'm going grocery shopping, and I have added some extra items to try out a couple different IdealShake smoothie recipes. Check back next week for another update, and another smoothie "review"!
