Training Anywhere With Kettlebell Kickboxing!!

As you have probably realized by now, I am participating in a 60-day program by Kettlebell Kickboxing called The Body Series. This past week I was out of town, and on-the-go the whole time. We left early Sunday morning, and I didn't get back until last night. We stayed in hotels the entire trip, and it is literally one of the busiest "vacations" I have ever been on! I was up by 7:00 every morning, and didn't get back to our hotel room until 11:00 every single night! Needless to say, exercise time was limited, as well as room-a hotel room filled with luggage is not conducive to getting my normal KB routine in. So, I was thrilled to be able to bring along my Train Anywhere dvd from Kettlebell Kickboxing!!

Train Anywhere is designed for travelers. It not only requires less room to move around, but you don't need a kettlebell-because let's be honest; who wants to lug a 15 or 20 pound bell around on vacation?! The same techniques are employed as you use with the kettlebell, but all without the weight. I'm sure you're wondering how it can work without the kettlebell, but let me assure you-it does give you a thorough, heart-pumping workout! I also love that it's less than 30 minutes; trying to find time to workout while traveling is difficult, but you can always fit in 25 minutes! 



All of the exercises are easy to accomplish in any room, even a small hotel room. There's not as much moving around/traveling in the workout, so you don't need a ton of room. Nevertheless, you will be sweating and breathing hard at the end of this dvd! It's exactly what you need while traveling-fast moving, and working all parts of the body, in a short amount of time, so you're pumped and ready to go!


Now, for an update-this past week I didn't weigh or measure, for 2 reasons. 1, I knew this would be a sort of vacation from my workout, because this isn't a disc you use for the normal program. 2, I knew my schedule and eating would be thrown off. However, in the first 2 weeks of Kettlebell Kickboxing, I lost a total of 5 pounds! I am seeing such a difference not only in how I look, but how I feel. I have much better endurance in just a few short weeks of using this program, and I am seeing so many benefits! I'm excited about what the next 3 weeks will bring.
