New Year Gift Box Giveaway!!

Hey everyone, we're going to start a new gift box giveaway, and in keeping with the "New You For The New Year" theme, we'll try to fill it with health and fitness-oriented items. We'll run the giveaway through mid February to allow plenty of time for goodies to be added. :) I'll also put in some just-for-fun and relaxation/pampering items, so it won't be all health and fitness! To get this giveaway started, here's what we're putting in the box:

1. Exercise Band
2. Cafe Viva Probiotic Coffee Sample 
3. Holiday Wreath Home Fragrance Oil (for use with an oil warmer)



So, let's get going! To enter the New Years Gift Box Giveaway, leave a comment telling me if you made any health or fitness related resolutions for 2014! I did, and at the top of my list - I want to completely stop drinking soda, even the diet sodas. I don't drink all that much-maybe 1 a week-but I want to cut soda out completely!

  8. I started waking up 5 minutes earlier then my normal workout time so I could get 1 more lap in.

  9. Instead of setting weight loss goals (numbers), I've decided my goal is to eat less and move more. I don't want to count calories, but leaving an extra few bites on the plate and moving more I think will help me

  30. In 2012 I lost 65 pounds, baby weight and then some. I have 15 pounds or so to go to get to my goal weight of 140. So I hope to do that and also I plan to run a 5k.
