Martial Fusion Cardio Kickboxing DVD Workouts #Giveaway

I received the Kickboxing Cardio Burn DVD from Martial Fusion for review. This dvd offers a 60-minute workout, but believe me-it doesn't seem like an hour. At least, it's so much fun and moves so fast that you don't realize how much time is going by. But don't get me wrong-this is an intense workout, so in that aspect-yes, it will seem like an hour of exercise! This kickboxing workout is fun and works your entire body-legs and lower body, abs and core, and arms. You don't need to worry about adding on some arm exercises or working your abs extra after finishing the dvd-this gets it all in!



You may be concerned that the workout is full of intricate steps and hard-to-follow movements. That's something I'm always worried about, because I have tried dvds that are just too hard and detailed to keep up with. However, the Kickboxing Cardio Burn wasn't that way at all. Yes, there are sets and routines you have to follow, but they aren't hard or overly intricate. I was able to keep up with them without a problem, which means anyone can do it!
