To Juice Or Not To Juice

Recently at one of our Tae Kwon Do classes, our instructor was discussing the benefits of doing a cleanse every so often to keep your body in good shape. He said that by the age of 35, the average American has over 5 pounds of red meat lodged and clogged in their organs.  No wonder so many Americans are so unhealthy! It certainly got me started thinking about seriously doing a cleanse of some sort in the next few weeks.

  1. Sounds really healthy. I wish I had the willpower to do this. I know I'd get too hungry for solid food, but maybe someday I'll really try it.
