To Juice Or Not To Juice

Recently at one of our Tae Kwon Do classes, our instructor was discussing the benefits of doing a cleanse every so often to keep your body in good shape. He said that by the age of 35, the average American has over 5 pounds of red meat lodged and clogged in their organs.  No wonder so many Americans are so unhealthy! It certainly got me started thinking about seriously doing a cleanse of some sort in the next few weeks.

One option for doing a cleanse is by using Xango Juice. This would be a great one to use in a juice cleanse, as it has so many other healthy benefits! Xango juice gets it name from xanthones, an ingredient found in abundance in mangosteens. You may not be familiar with xanthones, but let me tell you, they are certainly good for your health, and actually necessary! They not only affect overall health, but specifically your respiratory health, immune health, joint health, and intestinal health. All that from a little organic compound that many people have probably never even heard of! A xanthone is found naturally in various plants and fruits, but the antioxidants of the xanthone work especially well with other minerals and vitamins in the mangosteen fruit. These ingredients work together to provide the ultimate detoxifying benefits.

So, what exactly are the benefits of detoxifying your body through a juice cleanse? First of all, your major organs will be cleansed, and left running better and more effectively. You will also feel lighter, and less bloated. Many people often feel more energetic too.

In addition to the many physical health benefits, there are multiple other ways that a detox or juice cleanse can help. Did you know that trouble sleeping can be caused by toxins in the brain? Did you know that doing a juice cleanse can help you sleep and concentrate better, because it gets rid of all the free radicals and toxins.

I have also heard that a juice cleanse will help with your overall appearance. Many people who have cleansed, or who do a cleanse on a regular basis, report that they have clearer skin, and a better appearance. By flushing the toxins out of your body, organs and bloodstream, you will not only feel better, but you will also look better!

This is a sponsored post however, all the points and views are my own.

  1. Sounds really healthy. I wish I had the willpower to do this. I know I'd get too hungry for solid food, but maybe someday I'll really try it.
