There are many reasons why I think the Mitsubishi Outlander would be a great vehicle for our family. First of all, the room. Without being too large, it would seat up to 7 people, and from what I have researched, the first 2 rows of seats have plenty of leg room-very important for us! It also has a nice big cargo area (up to 72.6 cubic feet) in the back. This would be perfect for storing our luggage on overnight or weekend trips! And, if we run out of room for luggage, or we're heading out on a longer trip, we can pull a small trailer without any problem; the Outlander has a 3,500 pound towing capacity.
Another feature that I really like is the included 710-watt Rockford Fosgate Audio System. I love music, and when I am driving, I like to have my favorite songs playing. It doesn't matter if we're on a 1,000+ mile trip to Florida, or just around the corner to the Post Office-I turn on a cd! This has a great sound system built in, so the music will sound better than ever.
The Outlander also gets pretty good mileage for a vehicle of this size. Our current SUV gets about 16-18 miles per gallon, and the Outlander is reported to get 23 to 28 mpg. While it may not sound like a huge difference, every bit helps!
If any of my readers own (or have driven) a Mitsubishi Outlander, please share your thoughts on it! While it will probably be a couple years before we need a new vehicle, I like to be prepared.
Oh I think these look so nice! Great choice! They do get really good gas mileage compared to others! I will be trading my minivan in a few years, and this might be a good option for me too!
ReplyDeleteI think the mileage is great for an SUV like that! It's a fun vehicle if you are into a lot of adventure sports too!
