First it was just an occasional dish that looked like it hadn't been completely cleaned, but it quickly turned into all the dishes being left with a greasy residue, and quite a few pieces that looked horrible. We put it off as long as possible, but finally gave in and called a repair service to come fix our dishwasher. Thankfully we didn't have to go so far as to call Dishwasher Repair Atlanta, but were able to find one close by. For some reason we had to change the day of his visit to check what the problem was, but soon enough we were able to get the dishwasher diagnosed. Apparently it was a simple problem, that just required ordering in a small part (something to do with the lining on the dishwasher door).
It didn't take real long for that to arrive, and our repair man came back out to install the piece. After putting it on, he checked it out to make sure everything was working okay, and then left us with a working dishwasher! I'm sure any moms out there can relate when I say that doing the dishes that night was a joy! Don't get me wrong, I don't mind doing dishes by hand, but after several months of it, I was overjoyed to have the use of our dishwasher back! Now I can throw all the dinner dishes, baking pans, mixing bowls, and silverware in the dishwasher in a matter of minutes, and have some extra time in the evening to play games with the kids, write up a blog post, or even get some extra cleaning done!
