Learn Martial Arts at Home With Ultimate Training! #Giveaway

Wow, I am very excited to be sharing this amazing product with you all today! As many of you know, I really enjoy martial arts, and have used various dvds in the past for learning some techniques. However, after using a dvd from Ultimate Training DVDs, I have to say I have never seen a better format for actually learning how to perform each technique.

I received the Beginner Krav Maga and Kickboxing Foundations Volume 1 DVDs for review. I started out with the Krav Maga dvd, since I am very interested in learning self defense. With all the travel we do, and the many cities (many times big cities) that I'm in, I want to be prepared should something happen. As I said before I have used other dvds, and have been able to learn a few things. But when I started watching the Beginner Krav Maga, I was seriously amazed at how much better the teaching format was! On Beginner Krav Maga, you will learn various combatives such as elbow strikes, hammer fist, finger strikes, knee thrust, and more.

Sounds like a typical martial arts dvd, but here's where it changes-each technique is shown in slow motion from every angle, then Michael breaks down the move. He explains exactly how to strike/thrust/kick, and actually practices the technique with you. Then you're shown how it would be used in a real self defense situation; for example, using a finger strike to throw a larger opponent off-guard, and either follow up with a stronger attack, or get away if given the opportunity. At the end of each technique instruction, you are also shown how best to practice at home with a partner. Here's a clip from Beginner Krav Maga:

The Kickboxing Foundations dvd teaches the basics of kickboxing. Starting off with fighting stance, you will move through various punches, kicks, and also learn how to deflect, shield and parry. Again, these are done with the same great training method of slow motion from each angle, a break down of the technique, application, and home practice drill.

I am not exaggerating when I say that the Ultimate Training DVDs are in fact the BEST martial arts training dvds I have ever seen-and I have quite a collection! It is the next best thing to actually having an instructor right in front of you, because each part of the move is clearly demonstrated, and the explanation is detailed for easy learning.
