Healthy Toast To The New Year with Rudi's! #Giveaway

Wow, where to start with this post-there's so many exciting things to share with you all! First of all, how are you all doing on your New Year's Resolutions (if you  made any)? While I'm usually not into the whole make-a-resolve-that-gets-broken-and-forgotten-by-spring, I did make a conscious decision to eat healthier this year. Not a fad diet, but I will be incorporating more whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, and smaller portions (there's the big one!) this year. I also started a new exercise routine, 6 days a week. 3 days of cardio/aerobics, and 3 days of strength training. Along those lines, I'm excited to share a great company with you, Rudi's Bakery.
