How many of you love ice cream? Yeah, it's my all-time favorite dessert. However, with trying to eat healthier for the past few months, I have been trying to find better alternatives. I still indulge once in a while, but I'm really keeping away from the sweets I used to partake in. One way I've found to do this, is by using my new Yonanas Frozen Dessert Maker!
I received a Yonanas recently, and this is an amazing tool. The first step to making tasty, healthy desserts, is freezing peeled bananas for 24 hours. You can add other fruits for different flavors, such as berries, mango, etc. It is amazingly easy to create a healthy, yummy dessert in just minutes. And when I say healthy, I mean it-Yonanas desserts are just frozen, blended fruits! No added sugar or other ingredients. Here are a few step-by-step pictures from my first Yonanas experience.

My daughter loves to freeze different fruits and make smoothies out of them, so she would really enjoy this. What a great idea to make healthy frozen desserts out of fruit.
