One of my favorite companies for both hair care and styling products, is HBL Hair Care. (In case you're not familiar with this company, the HBL stands for Health, Beauty, Life). If you've been reading my blog for any length of time though, you're probably familiar with this awesome company. I have reviewed multiple products from them, and loved each and every one. The HBL Shine-and-Seal is the best finishing/glossing serum ever. So I speak from experience when I say that one of HBL's haircare sets would make a wonderful holiday gift!
I received the HBL Hydrating System. This comes with a Hydrating Shampoo, Hydrating Conditioner, and Hair Masque. The shampoo and conditioner are for daily use, and although I have tried many, many hydrating, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners, these are among my top picks. When I use the HBL hydrating system my hair really feels rich and full of moisture. Still clean, I don't have any of that greasy feeling you get when the shampoo doesn't really clean properly, but oh so soft and hydrated! I have really noticed my hair drying out as the weather gets colder (as if I don't deal with it enough the rest of the year, it gets worse in the cold), so I am very glad to have these products to help combat it.
And, as an added benefit, once a week I get to use the HBL Hair Masque. This is, of course, a once-a-week, intense treatment for your hair. It adds an extra boost of moisture, while smoothing and protecting the hair. My hair always takes forever to dry, but on the mornings I use this masque, it takes a little bit longer-which I don't mind at all, because of the results! My hair never acts better than when I'm using the HBL Hydrating system!

ReplyDeletemy worst hair day, when our shower head broke and didn't get all the conditioner out and dried up in a mess.
ReplyDeleteA bad hair day for me was when I was in a hurry after work to get to an art show that my daughter was in after school. I washed my hair in the sink and did not dry it well, it was a humid day and my hair became extremely frizzy and wild.

My worst bad hair day story has to be the day I decided to color my hair after perming it just a few weeks before. I fried it bad and ended up having to cut most of it off just to find some healthy hair left on my head.
