Give The Gift Of Art with Gallery Direct!

Today officially starts the "holiday season", as we start looking for the perfect gifts for all our friends and family. One gift I've found you can't go wrong with, is a canvas print. Whether you order a piece of art, or create your own by using the photo upload, Gallery Direct offers a great holiday gift idea!
I took advantage of the upload-your-own-photo, and created a unique piece for my Dad for the holidays. See, he has a favorite song that we have all heard literally hundreds of times over the past year. If we're in the car on a trip, this song gets played anywhere from 3-5 times before the cd continues to the next song. And no, I am not joking or exaggerating. Sooo, when pondering what would make the perfect gift for him this year, it didn't take long. Why not create a canvas with the song lyrics, printed on a relevant background? Since the song uses the illustration of rain, I used a nice rainy background, typed up the lyrics, and saved it as a jpg file. From there it was an easy matter of uploading the photo, choosing the size and style, and placing an order!

Less than 2 weeks later, the perfect holiday gift arrived at my front door. It was larger than I thought (although they give you the dimensions on Gallery Direct, it looks larger than it sounds!). So, this turned out to be a very large, impressive canvas print! I can't wait to gift it, because I know it will be loved!

Searching for a gift for one (or more) hard-to-shop-for person in your life? Why not create a custom canvas print at Gallery Direct?
