Tommie Copper Compression Sleeves-Review and Giveaway!

Right about 1 year ago I injured my left ankle. While doing jump rope during my morning exercise, I twisted it somehow and ended up on bed rest for a week or so. Everything seemed fine after that, until back in July I jumped for a volleyball during a game, and landed wrong. That one really hurt, and I was in bed for a couple weeks. Now, although it's mostly back to normal, I do feel a twinge or a sharp sudden pain every once in a while. I'm not willing to give up the sports though, so I keep walking, jogging, playing volleyball, racquetball and basketball...I'm just a little more careful about sudden moves. Not too long ago I received a package from Tommie Copper that helps my ability to play sports and exercise, even with a weak ankle.

Tommie Copper sent me 2 Ankle Compression Sleeves. These are designed to help relieve pain, promote muscle recovery and aid performance. I was a little skeptical at first, I admit. After all, this is a simple piece of fabric that slips on your foot, and you can't even tell it's there. It's not a wrap or some thick, noticeable support. You can pull it on easily, and slip a pair of socks on over the sleeve...no one sees it, and you can't feel any extra pressure at all. However, once you wear this a few times, you really notice how much it helps! My ankle receives better blood flow, I can move better (more mobility), and it even decreases inflammation. Honestly, after wearing/using this for a few weeks, I will never again play sports or exercise without my Tommie Copper Ankle Compression Sleeve. The nice thing is you can wear it all day, or at night, for the compression benefits, and you'll never feel discomfort or irritation-it's that comfortable.

  11. My left ankle is sort of floppy (high arch). I wonder if this would help. Sometimes it just flops over at the most inconvenient times.

  12. I was a little confused by your having this question: 'Tell me in a comment why you want to learn Krav Maga.' on this Rafflecopter until I saw your other giveaway on the right. Just a small mistake I'm sure. Anyway, the truth is; I don't!
