Annmarie Gianni Skincare Review and Giveaway!!

I really enjoy learning about skincare made with natural and organic ingredients. Yes, I do use some products that aren't all-natural or organic, but it makes me feel better about a facial wash or cream when I know it's actually good for your skin! One company I recently learned about is Annmarie Gianni Skin Care, which has a complete line of products that are natural, organic, and wild crafted!

Annmarie Gianni sent me their Ayurvedic Facial Scrub for review. Finding a good scrub is a daunting task, because I need one that actually does scrub, providing a good exfoliation, but it can't be harsh or rough, because my skin is somewhat sensitive. I like the packaging and presentation of the Ayurvedic Facial Scrub; it comes in a small jar, with an attractive label. When I opened the scrub, I was surprised to see that rather than a cream or gel texture like most scrubs I have used, this is actually a powder. A green powder, no less!

This was definitely a product I read instructions on before using. It's really quite simple; start with moist skin, pour a small amount of the scrub into your hand, and add a few drops of water to form a paste. Gently rub all over your face (avoiding the eye area), then rinse with warm water. This is a unique scrub, as it doesn't have all those sharp gritty objects, or even the beads to provide exfoliating. Rather, the organic herbs blended with Rhassoul clay (the key ingredient) work together to form a gentle yet thorough scrubbing. After rinsing and patting dry, I could not believe how soft and smooth my skin was! I use the Ayurvedic Facial Scrub 3 times a week now, and my skin is increasingly improving in appearance. I love that it includes Fenugreek, an ingredient known for it's soothing qualities!
