This week I lost another half pound, so although it's not as much as I'd like, I'm still happy with the results. I've officially started back into daily aerobic workouts, as well as picking up karate again. I'm hopeful that combining these with the Nutrisystem diet will help drop some more pounds! Anyways, I decided to post my total results so far since I've been on Nutrisystem. In 11 weeks, I have lost 10.5 pounds. Not bad! I've also lost about 2 1/2 inches from my waist alone!! I would love to lose another 9.5 pounds before I'm off the diet, but I don't know if that will happen, as that would mean almost 2 pounds a week :)
I think what I am loving more and more (as I consider that I'm starting my last 5 weeks) about Nutrisystem is that when the program is over, I won't be left high and dry without any eating guidelines. Many diets I've looked into don't teach you proper eating habits, so as soon as you're off their program, you end up gaining all the weight back. Nutrisystem has taught me so many things about portion control, eating enough vegetables, and making overall better choices when it comes to food. I am confident that I will be able to maintain a healthy weight even when the program is over, because of the habits I've gotten into on NS, and the guidelines they set down for me!
