Okay, so I seem to have reached a plateau on my Nutrisystem weight loss journey. I only lost 4 ounces this past week, leaving me at 1.4 pounds away from a 10-pound loss. I've been following the diet, although for my sister's birthday I did have one tiny little cupcake. I did notice the past week that I didn't hit the aerobic workouts as hard, so that is my game plan for this week. Maybe that extra effort will break through the plateau, and help me get back to losing weight!
The Nutrisystem plan comes with a food log to keep track of your intake each day. I have to say, although I have heard of the benefits of a food journal for years, I never started one. Since starting NS, though, I have been using it. It is honestly a huge help in weight loss, as I can look back and see where I've messed up, or where I need to add more veggies...you get the idea. I can even keep track of my daily water intake with this handy log, to ensure I'm drinking at least 64 ounces a day. Just one more thing I love about Nutrisystem. Now, I'm off-I have a goal to lose a minimum of 1.4 pounds this week!
