Google Maps = Lifesaver!

I don't know about you, but I am a Google Maps fan. I travel quite frequently, and the first thing I do when planning a trip is go to Google Maps and do some research. In my opinion, Google Maps marketing is one of the best ways to get your business "on the map"!

I actually stumbled upon Google Maps by accident one day; many people had recommended other online map services, but I googled an address one day, and that led me to Google Maps. Once there, I was amazed at how much I could do! For example, I am planning a trip to Branson, MO next month. I used Google Maps to find a hotel, and then find some restaurants nearby. By reading the reviews people have left on the local dining options, I was able to pretty much figure out which ones I really want to try. The next step was to find some fun places to visit. Again, Google Maps helped in a huge way! I was able to search near my hotel, and find the best places to bring the kids!

If you own a business and don't think it's important to use Google Maps marketing, then you really need to reconsider. It's my #1 way to find lodging, dining and attractions!

I am participating in a blogger campaign by Bucks2Blog and was compensated. However, the views and opinions are my own.

  1. I use google maps all the time, no matter if it's to get directions to get somewhere or just to see where something is located. Sometimes for fun, you can google somewhere far away to see how many miles away it is and how long a drive it would be.

  2. I have Google maps on my phone, and I use it all the time. It's fast and easy and can be a life saver for sure!

  3. I haven't tried google maps before. Thanks for the good post. I'm going to be sure to try this out!
