As you all know by now, I love coffee. My love for coffee started by a chance trip to Starbucks with my Pastor's wife (previously to this, I wasn't much of a coffee drinker). It was then that I discovered just how good coffee can be! I have to admit, I'm not a black coffee fan, and don't even really care for coffee unless I can add some flavoring to it with creamer or syrups. I also prefer a creamy coffee drink, such as a cappuccino or latte, rather than normal coffee. So when I learned about the Froth au Lait, I knew it was the perfect kitchen tool for me!
The Froth au Lait comes in 3 sizes/models: Mini, Gourmet and Professional. I received the Mini Hot Milk Frother for review, and I immediately fell in love! This is a great way to froth milk for all your coffee or cocoa drinks. You can even add syrups to your milk with the flavor hatch. I tried this out as soon as it came in, and whipped up a coffee for myself. I was amazed at how quickly the milk turned to rich, creamy froth! I have been using an espresso/steamer machine for my frothing, and this is so much faster and easier! Here are pictures from my first run with the Mini Milk Frother:
