While I am not a fan of crash diets and fad weight loss plans, I am concerned with staying healthy, and keeping at a certain weight. I received a coupon to try one of the Slim-Fast Shakes. I picked the Creamy Chocolate (gotta love "diet" chocolate :) and tried it soon after. I was running late, and didn't really have time to eat lunch, so I fugured it was a good time to try the meal replacement shake. To my surprise, it tasted really good! Almost like a low-fat chocolate milk! If all Slim-Fast foods/drinks taste this good, then their 3-2-1 plan is definitely something I would consider when I need to drop a few pounds.
For anyone unfamiliar with the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan, it is very simple. Each day, choose 3 healthy snacks (fruits, veggies or a Slim-Fast 100 calorie bar), 2 Slim-Fast Shakes or Bars, and 1 nutritious 500-calorie meal. These products are available at your local Wal-Mart or Target, or online through Amazon. And they have a nice selection of yummy-sounding shakes and snacks!
