SGSG-Baskin Robbins Turkey Cake Review!!

Holidays=Ice Cream!
Okay, so I don't need any excuse to eat ice cream-it is my favorite snack and dessert. I have even been known to eat ice cream more than once in a day! So, when offered to work with Baskin Robbins on a holiday feature, I was thrilled! Although there are no Baskin Robbins near us, I do look for them when we travel. And, since we are in Chicago several times a year, and they are literally on every corner of downtown Chicago, I get to eat Baskin Robbins quite frequently. My favorite is probably Rocky Road or Mint Chocolate Chip. For this review, though, I was asked to feature a really unique item that I have never seen anywhere but Baskin Robbins-a Turkey Cake! This is the perfect cake for Thanksgiving, or any holiday party or get-together!
It was extremely easy to get this cake ordered. Simply call your nearest Baskin Robbins, tell them you want the Turkey Cake, and specify which flavor of ice cream you'd like. A week later, you can pick up your finished cake and head to the party!
I ordered mine with the Peanut Butter n' Chocolate (in a family vote, this flavor won out). I had seen pictures of the cake, but was totally amazed at how great it looks! My Dad, who actually picked the cake up, was raving about how realistic it looked. I was able to snap a couple pictures before eating, but it was gone quite soon! The kids loved it, and some asked for seconds. J especially loved the cone "leg" filled with vanilla frosting!

If you're looking for a fun, easy way to provide dessert at your next holiday get-together, check out Baskin Robbins' selection of seasonal and holiday cakes!
