Lifeline USA Fitness Tools Review and Giveaway!!
When at home, I have a pretty strict exercise routine. Although it occasionally gets thrown off for some unforeseen reason, for the most part I stick to it. However, when I am traveling (which I do quite frequently), I don't always get the workout I would like. A 2-mile walk 3 times a week, racquetball 3 times a week and a 30-minute exercise dvd 5 days a week are hard to fit in while traveling :) And you can't always count on an exercise room at your hotel. For example, one hotel we stayed at recently had a broken treadmill in their fitness center. Or sometimes I am so busy I don't have time to spend 40 minutes in the exercise room. So, I try to find creative ways to get in my exercise. And Lifeline USA provided me with the best way yet! I received a Weighted Speed Rope and the Powr Walk Pro for review.
The weighted speed rope has become my new best friend! My Dad was a boxer when he was younger, and is always telling us how important jumping rope was for him. It is probably the best way to build strength and stamina while getting a powerful cardio workout! And for me at least, it's fun! I threw this in my bag on my last trip, and it is amazing how many times throughout the day I was able to pull it out for a 5 or 10 minute session. I absolutely love being able to do this. The extra weight in the rope helps intensify the workout, and provides added benefits.
The Powr Walk Pro is a unique way to get more out of your daily walk. The set comes with foot straps, handles, manual and dvd, and resistance cables. Although there are various ways to use this (explained in the dvd) my favorite is just during my morning walk or with an indoor-walking program. By using the Powr Walk, you can burn up to 3 times as many calories, and it turns a walk into a full body workout! Simply slip the foot straps on (be sure to wear shoes), grab the handles and start walking! It's very easy, yet makes the walk much more intense.
One of my readers will receive a Weighted Speed Rope and Powr Walk Pro set!!
