You all may remember this past summer when I featured a British skincare company, Liz Earle. I was really impressed with the product (Liz Earle's CLeanse and Polish), and super excited when given the chance to review a brand new product! Liz Earle recently launched a Sheer Skin Tint. This is, to quote the press release, a "natural bridge from skincare through to natural color". At present, you can purchase the tint in 3 colors; Bare, Beige and Beach, although they are working on widening the range. I opted for the beige tint, and it was the perfect choice. However, to ensure customers get the right tint, Liz Earle is sending samples of each 3 tints with the first purchase. That way you can try the sample sizes first, and return your full-size bottle if it's the wrong shade!
When my package came in I was very excited about trying it. I don't wear makeup hardly at all, but adding some color over the winter months is something I will appreciate. The tint is very lightweight, and my biggest concern-that it would leave my face feeling oily-was quickly put to rest. Recommended use is to apply 10 minutes after moisturizing, and this worked great for me. I only needed a very small amount for my entire face, and the color lasted all day. It definitely added color, but didn't look fake or overdone. And the best part is that it's SPF 15, so you have some sun protection too! I highly recommend Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint!
