It seems like you hear about a new diet every day. However, many of them don't keep the weight off once you lose it-the diet is simply a 2-4 week crash that may knock a few pounds off, but doesn't help you maintain that desired weight. I recently heard about something called the HCG Diet, based on one created by a Doctor in the 1950's. When I started researching this, my sister mentioned that she had also heard of it before.
Apparently the HCG Diet works by putting you on a diet plan, as well as giving you HCG drops, which helps burn the "mobile fat" stored around your hips, thighs, etc. The HCG modifies your eating behavior, thus making it possible to not only lose weight while following the diet, but to keep it off once you've reached your goal weight!
This definitely sounds like something interesting, and I do like the fact that it's not some new fad. The HCG Diet has been around since the 1950's, and was developed by a Doctor, so it has time and experience behind it! To find out more, visit YourHCG.
