Redken Intra Force Hair Care Review!! LLG

Do you have thin (or thinning) hair? While this is something I haven't had to deal with yet, my sister does. She has very thin hair that is hard to manage, and often laments over this fact.  So, when given the opportunity to try the new line from Redken, I jumped for it! Redken's Intra Force is a haircare system designed especially for people with thinning hair. It also reduces breakage! I had my sister try this out, and she really liked the results. Her hair was fuller and thicker, with less breakage! Intra Force is an easy 3-step system; nothing difficult or tedious about it. The detoxifying shampoo works to gently cleanse, and promotes hair density. It washes away excess sebum and DHT, giving you a healthier, happier scalp. The Toner is your equivalent of a conditioner. It detangles and moisturizes, improving your hair's manageability. Step 3 is the Scalp Treatment, which is a daily spray-in, leave-in treatment. It is very lightweight and again, promotes density. Combine these 3 products, and you end up with fuller, healthier hair!

If Intra Force isn't what you need in hair care, then I definitely recommend you check out the other Redken lines. I have, and I have yet to try one I didn't like! I love Redken!

"Intra Force is an exclusive 3-step system for men and women developed to combat the key causes of thinning hair while reducing breakage by up to 95%. Features two customizable solutions: 1) for natural, thinning hair, and 2) for color-treated, thinning hair. Intra Force’s targeted technology helps prevent thinning hair while stimulating the scalp and strengthening fragile strands."

  1. I could really use this line of products. I think as one gets older, thinning hair seems to creep up as a problem.

  2. I'm a 32yr old woman and have recently started to lose hair on the top of my hair. I still see myself as quite young and the bald patch is not a good look! My hairdressers have recommended this system and I've bought it today! Fingers crossed...

  3. I've been using the 3 step system for about a month and honestly, I think it's working! The only thing I don't like about it is the menthol smell, but it's definately making my hair feel fuller and thicker. I'm going to get the in salon treatment next week.

  4. I used this system for a month and it really worked for me. I stopped for awhile (financial reasons) and after a month was right back to losing my hair by the handfuls. I just started back again and will continue now, no matter what I have to sacrifice to buy the product.

  5. My hair isn't thinning, just naturally quite fine/thin so I thought I'd try this. I especially was excited that it said Intra Force would reduce breakagae, but I had more hair come out in the shower (when using the toner) than ever before! Living in an very dry climate, I needed to use a separate conditioner in addition to the toner so my hair wouldn't be so dry & frizzy. I tried it for a full month & have gone back to my original Redken Allsoft product. Sadly, Intra Force didn't work for me.

  6. I tried Redken Intra Force for the 30 days. The first couple of weeks I noticed an intense amount of hair loss, I understand that the hair that would have fallen out anyway is shed to make room for new growth, so I stuck it out and kept at it for 30 days. Unfortunately at the end of those 30 days I could see my scalp. I promptly went back to using Nioxin. I anxiously await the regrowth of all my lost hair. Redken Intra Force did NOT work for me.

  7. My hair is not thinning....it is naturally thin and fine. My salon recommended this product. I have used it for three weeks and I can't say I've seen any difference. Personally, I don't care for the peppermint scent and I don't care for the long lasting, cold, tingling sensation it creates on my scalp. The toner does not work well as a conditioner. Neither does the spray that you leave in. My hair is naturally very soft but the spray that you leave in makes my hair hard to comb out and when it dries it feels very coarse and has a dirty feeling. I am very disappointed in this product, especially since I paid quite a bit of money for the kit.
