So, I just started my 5th week of Slim In 6 (since I started on a Wednesday). The past 2 weeks have been challenging, but I made it through and feel better for having made it! The Ramp It Up workout is longer than Start It Up (right about 60 minutes) and the first few times, I had to stop and catch my breath a couple times. By early this week, though, I was able to get through without any breaks or modified moves-yea for me! Wednesday I moved onto the final phase of the program; Burn It Up! While this workout only adds a few minutes, the moves are more intense, and there are less "breaks" aka easy moves. With 10 different sessions focusing on lower body, core, resistance bands, etc. this one is a real kicker. Yes, I admit it; I had trouble finishing the workout. But, with the progress I have seen, and how good I feel after 4 weeks of this program, I am excited about sticking with it to the end! I can't wait to see what the next 2 weeks will do!
Now, for the actual update; I was expecting to hit a plateau here. The reviews I have read mentioned that moving up to the Ramp It Up usually doesn't provide any real weight/inch loss, but it more prepares you for the next step. I found that to be true in my case, and only lost 2.5 pounds and 2 inches in the past 2 weeks. However, like I said, I am expecting some good results from the Burn It Up workout, and I will post my final update in 2 weeks! Stay tuned!!
