Piano Marvel Review and Giveaway!!

Do you have children with a natural talent for music, that just need a little help? Or are you struggling to learn piano, guitar, or another instrument? Then you need to visit PianoMarvel.com!

"Music makes the heart sing, and it can lighten a load.  As schools cut budgets music programs are falling victim to the ax, despite numerous studies which show music education encourages growth and development in all academic disciplines.
Piano Marvel is a state-of-the-art program which offers a solution to the loss kids are experiencing.  The program combines a keyboard (or other digital instrument), computer, and the Internet into an enticing teaching tool that is creating a revolution in music education. The program encourages sight reading, timing, and technique by challenging the student in a fun way. Each time a piece is played the student receives a score and is able to increase their score as they practice.  Piano Marvel also has programs for guitar, bass, and drums, all included with the extensive piano program.
The program is working so well students who are using Piano Marvel are learning at a rate four times faster than the traditional student. Teachers have a fantastic tool to encourage, monitor progress, and train more effectively.
Piano Marvel was born as a company in the spring of 2009 after several years of development. The program was so well received it was named as a finalist by Adobe for educational software of the year in 2009 and many media stories have been written about the amazing program. Many individual students, schools, home school organizations, charter schools, universities, and even libraries throughout the world have begun subscribing to the astonishing program available at www.pianomarvel.com.    Access www.pianomarvel.com/users/free-trial/250E81FD for a free trial of Piano Marvel.
The music revolution has begun, and many hearts are singing." Holly Plattner
Piano Marvel inventor Aaron Garner works with students to learn piano through the amazing Internet program.  Guitar, bass, and drums are also offered.

I tried out the program with the free trial, and I have to say it is excellent! Simply hook your digital piano/keyboard up to your computer with a MIDI cord, and the lessons explain themselves! The program works on both Mac and Windows, which is nice. Since I got my Mac last year, I have realized how few programs there are compared to Windows-compatible software. Piano Marvel is top-notch, too. It teaches Method and Technique, and is separated into very easy-to-follow lessons to make your learning experience enjoyable. If you're not satisfied with the score you receive, you can go back and try again. When playing along with the lesson, you can choose to have a metronome or accompaniment in the background, both or neither...very flexible to tailor to each individual's needs and likes!

  1. What I love is that this is for all levels and ages, and it looks fun! My husband just got a MIDI keyboard to use with his mac's garageband, so it would be really handy to learn to play piano with this!
