Shenzhen Ceramic Knives Review and Giveaway!!

Have you ever used a ceramic knife? I have to confess something...before Shenzhen Ceramic Knives, I had never, ever used a ceramic knife! Now I am hooked, though! Actually, I still didn't use a ceramic knife, it was a vegetable peeler with a ceramic blade.
