I love trying out new fitness dvd's, and Kathy Smith is a name I have heard many times as having good, solid workouts. The dvd has a 30 minute program that utilizes the hand weights, and gives a great total body workout. The pedometer is handy to keep track of how many steps I have walked. I was surprised to find out that on an average day without exercise, I still take over 7,000 steps! I didn't realize I did that much walking, but I was glad to see that I am very close to the 10,000 step goal.
The walking journal is an easy way to record my exercise and step success. I have enjoyed keeping track of my daily exercise, and it is helpful to see the days I haven't hit my goal, or the days I have exceeded it.
The weights quickly became my favorite set of hand weights. They're light enough to not strain your muscles, yet give an added resistance to really tone your arms.
