The Ice Cube Diet Review!

I know what you're ice cube diet? Yes, although I really wouldn't call it a diet. It's more of an appetite curbing system, and it really works! The Ice Cube Diet features frozen hoodia cubes, that you take daily to stop food cravings and helps you eat less.
I was a little skeptical when I was first contacted to review this, because so many "diet" products never seem to do what they claim. Not the case with the Ice Cube Diet, though! It really did stop my hunger cravings!
You start off by taking 1 cube in the morning, and 1 cube in the afternoon. After 10 days or so, you drop to just 1 cube a day, and you choose when you need it most. For me, I stayed with the cube in the afternoon. The hours after lunch and before dinner are when I am most likely to snack, so I figured that was the best time. Well, I was right. I seriously noticed a difference in how much I was eating, and even went from lunch to dinner without snacking at all! For me, that's a pretty big feat :) Not that I always eat sweets, but I tend to get the munchies during the afternoon, and reach for a snack pretty quickly...whether it's nuts, chips, crackers, cheese, etc. While on the ice cube diet, though, that slowed down and pretty much died out.

I even noticed I was eating less at all 3 meals, yet still felt full. I didn't go to bed with a hungry stomach, and I wasn't starving between breakfast and lunch. I was satisfied with the amount of food I ate, and didn't feel the need for any more.  I was also hoping the cubes would at least taste tolerable. I'm the type of person that prefers a pill to liquid medicine, because I can't stand the taste of matter how "yummy" it claims to be. So, no matter what the ice cube diet promised, I knew I wouldn't be able to take it daily if it tasted bad. No worries! There is a slight citrus flavor, and they actually tasted refreshing! You can either dissolve the cube in a glass of cold water, or take the cube as-is. I tried both ways, and found both of them to be equally tasty.

"For thousands of years the Hoodia Gordonii plant has been eaten by an ancient African tribe, the San Bushmen of the Kalahari Desert, to ward off hunger and maintain energy during long hunting trips. They shave the spines from the skin of this succulent cactus like plant and consume it fresh.
Desert Labs Ice Cube Diet Hoodia is fresh frozen; the only product in the world that delivers the whole food eaten by the Bushmen of the Kalahari Desert.
Focusing only on pure Hoodia species, Desert Labs scientists identified and cloned the type of Hoodia that is most suitable for appetite control. Our process, controlled for quality, from seeds and seedling production, results in a product that is fresh as it is in the field.

Dried pills lose their potency because of the heating that is used during the manufacturing process. Desert Labs Ice Cube Diet Hoodia preserves the potency of the fresh plant from harvest to freezing with only add a splash of lime juice for flavor. It is free of agricultural residues. So our strains of Hoodia are pure and safe.

For over 10 years Desert Labs have been developing and researching Hoodia in the southern deserts of Israel where Hoodia thrives in a climate almost identical to the Kalahari Desert. We discovered the best way to preserve the active ingredients in Hoodia is by fresh freezing the stem.
When Hoodia is consumed the active ingredient, P57, is released into the bloodstream. P57 is naturally found in our fresh plants. It  is a glycoside 10,000 times more active than blood sugar. Like blood sugar, it signals the brain that the body feels full and satisfied.
Independent authorized laboratory, Alkemist Pharmaceuticals, run three tests on our plants to insure the authenticity and viability our Hoodia including TLC and HPLC. The active component present in our freshly frozen Hoodia ice Cubes is 200% more concentrated and effective than dried Hoodia pills!"

If you're looking for a way to curb your cravings during the new year, check out the Ice Cube Diet. You'll be surprised at the results!
