While I don't have a child of my own (I'm not even married yet :) I found this book very interesting, and highly informative. I never really thought about it before (not being a mother), but the way we raise our children to eat, even in the first couple years, can and will lay a foundation for the rest of their life. It would be so much easier to start them out on healthy, natural foods from the beginning; instead, we feed them processed foods, and then expect them to make healthy food choices later in life.

I really liked the fact that the authors included recipes for your child from infant up to toddler (and technically older children/adults as well). This book doesn't just show you the problem with how Americans are raising their babies; it gives a real solution and helpful recipes too!
