Plentiful Pantry Review!

Plentiful Pantry...it sounds so tasty, doesn't it?! It brings to mind a kitchen cupboard that is well-stocked with delicious meal options. Well, Plentiful Pantry not only gives you plenty of meal options, they're all healthy and quick! (And there's desserts available too :)

"Started by Debbie & Jody (Her husband) in 1992 as a result of her ongoing passion for great food. She did the recipe development, Jody did the tasting. She had run some great restaurants and took pleasure in entertaining their friends with fabulous meals. When asked for her recipes, she would tell them about the chopped garlic, fresh herbs and different spices used. Now, they weren’t saying that their friends were lazy (we prefer to view them as “time challenged”) but they wanted an easier way. That’s when the fun began. Debbie converted all of those good fresh ingredients to dried and they were in business.

In the beginning they focused on ways to make quick and easy pasta dishes that would rival those in the best restaurants. As they have grown and added products they still keep in mind everything must be quick and easy as well as healthy. And last but certainly not least the flavors must be outstanding. After all, “you can get average in your grocery store”!"

I was sent a few mixes for review from Plentiful Pantry. I received the Chicken and Dumplings Soup, Berry Crisp, Pumpkin Cobbler and Hawaiian Pasta Salad. The first product I made up was the Berry Crisp. This was so easy to make up, and turned out absolutely delicious! I must admit, it didn't last very long...I think it was all gone by the next day! (And that was with only 3 people eating it)

My personal serving suggestion! (Ice cream not included :)

The Pumpkin Cobbler was nice in that it only took a few minutes to prepare, and I didn't have to spend the time on a pie crust. It still had a great pumpkin pie flavor and texture, but much less time and mess put into it!

I made the Chicken and Dumplings Soup for Sunday afternoon dinner.  I was surprised with how tasty this was! The dumplings had herbs in them, which added some great flavor to the meal. It was very quick to prepare, and made a very rich, flavorful soup. Even my younger brother, (who doesn't really care for chicken and dumplings most of the time) enjoyed this! There was just enough left over to make a quick, tasty lunch the next day too :)

I haven't made up the Hawaiian Chicken dish yet, but it also looks like it will be delicious! I love hawaiian pizza, so this should be right up my alley :)

If you're needing some quick, yet delightful meals, why not check out Plentiful Pantry? We're entering into the busiest season of the year, and many people get short on time to spend in the kitchen. Plentiful Pantry provides a healthy alternative to fast food! Their mixes would also make great gifts!!
If you enter HOPE25 at checkout, you'll receive 25% off your order!!
