Fizz to your taste and add the flavor of your choice to make your favorite drink. Simple to clean and reuse. With a variety of colors and silhouettes, you'll be sure to find a soda maker to match with any decor."
I was sent the Fountain Jet Soda Starter Kit for review. And, they even sent several extra sodamix flavors, and a sample of the MyWater flavoring. Our family drinks a lot of soda, although we have cut back quite a bit in the past few months. The sodastream is so easy to use and the kids have a lot of fun choosing a flavor and making their own bottle of soda. Simply add cold water to the carbonating bottle, place in the sodastream and press the carbonator/fizz button 3 times, add your flavor and shake. You've got soda! My favorite was the cola, but the kids also liked the root beer a lot. I'm not a big energy drink fan, but my brothers are looking forward to trying the Energy flavor, which is comparable to Red Bull energy drinks.
We are getting a lot of use out of the Sodastream maker this summer. I love the reusable bottles, which saves from having to recycle all the bottles when purchasing soda.
Step 1-Fill the carbonating bottle with cold water.
Step 2-Screw the bottle into Soda maker
Step 3-Add the "fizz"!
Step 4-Add your flavoring
And now you've got a nice, cold bottle of soda!
I was honestly surprised by how good the soda tastes. I wasn't sure if the flavors would really taste like "the real thing", but they are actually very good! The root beer almost tastes like A&W, my all-time favorite root beer! I also like the fact that the flavors don't have high fructose corn syrup in them (and the diet flavors don't contain aspartame).
I don't really like sparkling water, but I did enjoy being able to add some flavor to my water. You don't have to carbonate the water, you can just pour a few drops of the MyWater flavor into a bottle or cup of water, and you have flavored water-very good!
